Conditions of sale

Reservation:  Upon the reservation of an apartment, a reservation agreement will be concluded with a buyer and it will be in force for 4 weeks until the conclusion of a contract under the law of obligations. The conclusion of the agreement is without charge.

Contract under the law of obligations:  A notarised sales contract under the law of obligations will be concluded with a Buyer and all the details of the transaction will be agreed. The prerequisite of the contract under the law of obligations is the fact that the Buyer has paid 15 % of the purchase-sale value. When the apartment building is ready, a notarised real right contract will be concluded, the buyer will pay the rest of the purchase-sale value and the transfer of ownership of the apartment will take place.

The price of the contract includes:

  •    final readiness of the apartment in accordance with the design documentation
  •  charge for the construction of utility network and admission to it (water, electricity, sewerage, central heating)
  •    greenery and pavements between the buildings in accordance with the design documentation
  •  readiness of  data communication, cable television, telephone and security communication


The price of the contract does not include:

  •    parking place or storage room in the underground car park
  •   notary’s fees and state fees connected to the conclusion of sales contracts (the buyer will pay)
  •   admission fees of data communication, cable television, telephone and security communication.


The cost of a parking place in the underground car park is 6,000 EUR.
The cost of an underground storage room is 2,000 EUR.

The construction will be completed on April 2015.
